Ladies! Danskin season 2012 begins March 6th! Sign up for training today!The Danskin has a great new venue and we are training for a great new season! Cross Train will embrace the new Challenges of the Clermont course with a new approach to training. This season's registration with Cross Train includes a 10 week individual membership to the J. Douglas Y.M.C.A. The group will utilize the Monday Friday Masters Swim Program as well as the Wednesday spin class. These are optional meeting times. You will have access to the full Y facilities at an time during these 10 weeks so you can opt to do additional workouts on your own at any time.

Danskin 10 week training program $325 ($315 if registered and paid before 2/23)
This price includes a 10 week training schedule with three group meetings at St. Peter's Church, Lake Mary and three optional meetings at the J. Douglas Y.M.C.A.. The 10 week membership is included in this price.
Schedule:
Tues/Thurs 5:30 AM - 7:00 AM run and strength training at St. Peter's
Sat 7:00 AM Bike, brick workouts, open water swims, locations vary
Mon/ Friday 6:00 AM- 7:00 AM: Masters Swim at the Y or provided workouts to be done on own
Wednesday 5:45 AM - 6:30 AM spin class at the Y or bike workout on own
Season officially begins on Tuesday, March 6, 2012

Want a little extra help? Brooke is available to do individual swim, bike or run analysis and coaching, transition work or nutrition counseling. Individual one on one coaching is available at a rate of $60 per hour.

She has worked with hundreds of women for the past 4 years and brings great experience as a coach. Cross Train will focus on the physical, mental and spiritual training of all women.
